In NC and any other state that you can not pay referral fees I would recommend starting a planned RAK (Random Acts of Kindness) program. Nothing to do with residents referrals but that is exactly what will happen. For example, work with your local pizza delivery service and the 5th resident that orders a pizza<br> (say once a week) that is delivered in your community, pick up the tab. Do this for example once a week. Nothing planned so the resident never expects it… but they certainly would talk about it to their friends. Same kind of thing would work for major employers, simply find out what company employees order lunch from and work with the delivery company. Pay for a random persons lunch. START some BUZZ!
