E-Source Room Advertising

 
You might have noticed a free link in our E-Source room to your company's web site. You may elect to upgrade your listing, to create an eye-catching online presence for your company that will include complete contact information and a brief description of your products/services, at a yearly fee of only $100.  Should you wish to periodically change the information or descriptive copy within your upgraded listing, as many companies do in order to better capture the interest of our site visitors, you are free to do so at any time in the future for a low fee of only $25 per update. 

Our site is viewed by thousands of unique visitors per month, representing an outstanding opportunity for you to reinforce your company's presence in the industry as a provider of outstanding products or services.  To upgrade your listing email the information (up to 1000 characters) that you would like posted.  Your listing will be upgraded immediately. We’ve recently added a new free service to Multifamilypro.com, and it’s generating so much traffic, I can’t help thinking that at least one enterprising company will want to take advantage of the advertising potential that it represents.

We launched Multifamilypro’s “Correspondence Central” only a short time ago, and word is spreading like wildfire thanks to word-of-mouth, word-of-web, and the help of several industry experts including Lori Snider, Kate Good, Toni Blake and Lisa Trosien who have shared this remarkable tool with their seminar audiences.  Correspondence Central offers a variety of free e-mail postcards organized in six different categories (Leasing, Management, Renewals, Move-Ins, Retention, and Traffic Generation).  Every card currently posted can be sent entirely FREE of charge.  We’ve been paying special attention to traffic at that portion of our site, and people have literally been logged on for several hours at a time, sending e-postcards throughout the workday.  The free e-cards are so popular that we’re adding a few premium designs that can be sent for a nominal fee or on an unlimited basis for an annual subscription.

Naturally, high traffic at a web site or section of a site makes it a very worthy advertising opportunity.  We’ve decided to offer banner advertising at this very special section of our site for only $1500 per year, or $800. for a 6 month trial .
