As an exhibitor and/or sponsor of the Brainstorming Sessions your company is required to complete the below form(s) on or before October 23, 2017.
It will take several minutes for completion so be sure to set aside at least 20 minutes to complete the from(s).
The form is broken down into the following 6 sections:
- Person completing forms
- Event on-site company contact
- Company online networking directory submission
- Company’s commercial message (who will be delivering)
- Company representative(s) attending the event and in what capacity attending*
- Order additional luncheon tickets for Wednesday and/or Thursday (optional)
*Full-Conference Brainstormer – Registered for the event via the attendee registration form (name only).
*Exhibitor Only – Working your exhibit only (name, title, city and state based in).
*One-Day Brainstormer – Brainstormer on your exhibit day ONLY (name, email, title, address, phone, nametag name, Twitter name, LinkedIn name, Facebook, years industry experience, geographical experience (states, regions or national), areas of expertise, city and state based in and headshot to upload for the online networking directory.
